These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Circle247 application and website (the “Service”), operated by Circle247 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Circle247 is not an emergency service. The Service does not replace 999, 112, or any other emergency service. In any emergency, you must always call 999 (or your local emergency number) first.
The SOS feature notifies your designated circle contacts only. It does not contact emergency services, hospitals, police, or any third-party responders. We make no guarantee that SOS alerts, check-in reminders, offline notifications, or any other alerts will be received, delivered, or acted upon in a timely manner, or at all.

You must not rely solely on Circle247 for your personal safety or the safety of others.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Service.
Guardian accounts are responsible for all activity within their circle, including the use of the Service by minors they have invited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Members use the Service free of charge. Guardians pay a monthly subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first subscription payment. To cancel within this period, contact us at hello@circle247.com.
After the cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for partial periods.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Circle247 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
The Service uses third-party providers for mapping, push notifications, SMS, email delivery, and payment processing. We are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to us.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@circle247.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, power failure, network or internet outage, natural disaster, or third-party service failure.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
